Clinic leadership and any staff or volunteers that will help with data collection should watch the video before proceeding to the next step.
Step 2: Connect with our TEam
Meet with Americares staff to get your questions answered.
This is a great time to talk through the specifics of your clinic, address any concerns you may have regarding data collection, and for us to get to know you and your team.
If you don’t have any questions at this time, you may jump to step 3.
For those needing extra time, we are always available to meet with you and your staff.
Step 3: Become a Partner
Complete the Partner Agreement and join the email list!
After completing the Partner Agreement, you will receive a welcome email with additional information on data repository access and upcoming trainings.
*The Partner Agreement is not a binding contract. Instead it helps us collect basic information about your clinic and outlines the benefits and expectations of participation.
